Hi, I’m Eve.
I’m an ordained Unitarian Universalist Minister, Certified Health Coach, and Holistic Nutritionist.
I bring a mix of coaching and guidance to my work. In practice, this means we'll spend some sessions focused on immediate concerns. I'll help you sift through your own experience, instincts, and wisdom to take small steps toward your goals.
Other times, we’ll go big picture and I’ll facilitate a spiritual practice or mindfulness exercise that invites you into silent and spoken reflection to clarify and kindle your life’s purpose.
Online Courses
Studying the anatomy of change can take many forms.
I am currently in the midst of creating 3 online courses
exploring personal transformation through
different spiritual, emotional, and philosophical lenses.
Every hour of the light and dark
This course explores our spiritual and practical relationship to time for
more aligned living.
The new compassion
This course is for compassionate souls who want to channel their gifts of generosity and kindness
into the world without losing themselves in the process.
A heroine's journey through (Peri)Menopause
This course frames (peri)menopause as the classic hero’s journey: a hero leaves the familiar, faces the unknown, and returns transformed by new experiences and insights.
Essays
Learning to sit with the uncertainty, grief, and promise present within any change
is the secret magic that creates transformation.
I explore these themes in my monthly essays.
As you read, I hope you are invited deeper into your own experience
and feel less alone in your time of expansion.
kind words
“I like to think of people as artists of their own lives, working with what comes to hand through accident or talent to compose and recompose a pattern in time that expresses who they are and what they believe in, making meaning even as they are studying and working and raising children, creating and recreating themselves.”
- Mary Catherine Bateson, from Composing a Life
When the 1973 film, The Exorcist, was released, film critic, Roger Ebert, called it a film about “the weather of the human soul”
"In the commerce of the soul,
worry can be traded for trust."
-Martha Beck
On days that are particularly sweet, we heal the distance that opened up when we were bisected. What’s tangible and intangible in us works together. Our outside and our inside mingle and bless one another.

Therapy often focuses on healing the past, while coaching is more about creating the future. I help clients clarify what matters most, uncover blocks, and build practices that align daily life with what matters most to you. While therapy can be essential for mental health, coaching is about cultivating forward momentum and making meaning of your experiences.

It depends on the scope of what you are seeking. I often work with people twice a month for 3 to 6 months. Some sign up for a one-off session as needed, and others stay connected for a year or more as their lives unfold.
