Hi, I’m Eve.

I’m an ordained Unitarian Universalist Minister, Certified Health Coach, and Holistic Nutritionist.

I bring a mix of coaching and guidance to my work. In practice, this means we'll spend some sessions focused on immediate concerns. I'll help you sift through your own experience, instincts, and wisdom to take small steps toward your goals.

Other times, we’ll go big picture and I’ll facilitate a spiritual practice or mindfulness exercise that invites you into silent and spoken reflection to clarify and kindle your life’s purpose.

Learning to sit with the uncertainty, grief, and promise present within any change
is the secret magic that creates transformation.

I explore these themes in my monthly essays.

As you read, I hope you are invited deeper into your own experience
and feel less alone in your time of expansion.

  • Arrangement of four yellow flowers with three on the right and one on the left, on a black background with a beige horizontal stripe.

Eve doesn’t just coach. She listens with her whole heart. She sees beyond the surface and gently guides you back to yourself. She helped me reconnect with my body, yes, but more than that, she helped me reconnect with KINDNESS to my spirit.
She reminded me that change doesn’t have to be harsh or punishing.
It can be soft and it can be sacred. There were days when I showed up feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or unsure, and Eve met me with kindness every time.
She helped me find clarity in the chaos and strength in the softness.
She taught me how to honour my rhythms, trust my intuition, and embrace the messy beauty of growth.

When I first started working with Eve, I was still figuring out the pieces in my life that I needed to focus on or tune up. We walked through this together and she helped me to find a good starting point and we found a plan based on my specific life and expectations. Eve kept working with me through the changes we outlined and was able to keep adapting the program to my evolution.
We recently came up with a new goal, and she is helping me navigate a career change!
The best part of it all is Eve's upbeat, caring and motivating nature.

  • Four small branches of green leaves with rounded, slightly lobed margins, arranged in a square pattern on a black background.

Eve’s patience, expertise, deep knowledge and keen listening skills have held me through a significant health and lifestyle change.
She is responsive and caring and I recommend her at the very highest level!
I find our sessions to be both enlightening and powerful.

“I like to think of people as artists of their own lives, working with what comes to hand through accident or talent to compose and recompose a pattern in time that expresses who they are and what they believe in, making meaning even as they are studying and working and raising children, creating and recreating themselves.”

- Mary Catherine Bateson, from Composing a Life

  • Spiritual coaching helps you align your time, choices, and energy with your deepest values. I draw on both practical coaching tools and spiritual wisdom to help you move through life’s transitions with clarity, purpose, and self-compassion.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing the past, while coaching is more about creating the future. I help clients clarify what matters most, uncover blocks, and build practices that align daily life with what matters most to you. While therapy can be essential for mental health, coaching is about cultivating forward momentum and making meaning of your experiences.

  • It depends on the scope of what you are seeking. I often work with people twice a month for 3 to 6 months. Some sign up for a one-off session as needed, and others stay connected for a year or more as their lives unfold.

  • Not at all. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual-but-not-religious, or simply curious, our work together will honor your unique beliefs and story.

  • Our work together can help you:

    • Clarify your values and priorities

    • Find balance in how you spend your time

    • Move through transitions with intention and purpose

    • Cultivate practices that nourish your body, mind, and spirit

    • Feel more alive, purposeful, and grounded in your daily life

  • All sessions are offered via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
