The process of transformation is rarely linear. More often, we circle around the same lessons, again and again, until we unlock the insight and self-compassion that takes us deeper into the next layer of growth, closer to our core.

My work is to support you through reflection and exercises that put you in touch with your own intuition and the spiritual electricity waiting to guide you. People often find me in times of uncertainty or transition in their lives.

You may need space to find clarity around what’s next for you. Or, you may already have a gut sense of how you want to feel or where you want to go, but aren’t sure how to make your way there.

I help clients clarify what matters most, uncover blocks, and build practices that align daily life with what matters most to you. While therapy can be essential for mental health, coaching is about cultivating forward momentum and making meaning of your experiences.

  • It depends on the scope of what you are seeking. I often work with people twice a month for 3 to 6 months. Some sign up for a one-off session as needed, and others stay connected for a year or more as their lives unfold. 

  • Not at all. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual-but-not-religious, or simply curious, our work together will honor your unique beliefs and story.

  • Our work together can help you:
