Hi, I’m Eve

I am fascinated by the process of personal transformation: changing something about ourselves or our lives in pursuit of deeper purpose, meaning, and pleasure.

As a kid, I was drawn to any fanciful story about transformation.
A character moving into the unknown, or into the depths of their own fear, and coming out on the other side more awake.

This same interest stayed with me through graduate school where I learned stories of seeking, discovery, rebirth, and transformation in the world’s religions.

A woman with short dark hair, wearing a black top and turquoise earrings, is smiling while sitting among potted plants and outdoor decor.

Along with folk tales and sacred texts, my bookshelves are full of “self-help” titles. I love reading the practical wisdom of people who have wrestled with how to organize their time most effectively, spend money more honestly, and set boundaries more courageously in hopes of getting the most life out of the time they have.

I am an ordained Unitarian Universalist Minister and have served congregations both small and large providing spiritual direction, support in times of major life transitions, and helping people explore what gives their life meaning. I am also trained and certified as a Health & Wellbeing Coach and Holistic Nutritionist and have worked with clients through a Naturopathic clinic and a women's health startup.

While you’re here, whether it’s for coaching, to take a course, or to read an essay, I hope you find something that unlocks your inner magic and makes the change you are seeking possible.

“Too often people try to change their lives
by using the will as a kind of hammer to beat their life into proper shape.

This way of approaching the sacredness of one’s own presence
brings you falsely outside yourself.

We need to practice a new art of attention to the inner rhythm of our days and lives.
If you work with this different rhythm,
you will come easily and naturally home to yourself.”
