While therapy can be essential for mental health, coaching is about cultivating forward momentum and making meaning of your experiences.

It depends on the scope of what you are seeking. I often work with people twice a month for 3 to 6 months. Some sign up for a one-off session as needed, and others stay connected for a year or more as their lives unfold.
